Mud Cooling System
The mud cooling system, also known as the drilling fluid cooling system, is designed to cool the drilling fluid. TR Solids Control design process satisfies the requirement of cooling high-temperature mud, with a temperature difference of 20-40°C. This effectively prolongs the lifespan of drill bits and drill rods, improves drilling efficiency, and greatly reduces operational risks caused by excessive mud temperature.
The mud cooling systems available on the market generally adopt air-cooling, water-cooling, or a combination of both. Taking into account the specific conditions at the drilling site, our company customizes energy-efficient, autonomously developed cooling systems that feature automatic control for higher efficiency.
