Offshore Mud Cooling System
Offshore mud cooling system, also known as the Offshore drilling fluid cooling system, is designed to cool the drilling fluid. TR Solids Control design process satisfies the requirement of cooling high-temperature mud, with a temperature difference of 20-40°C. This effectively prolongs the lifespan of drill bits and drill rods, improves drilling efficiency, and greatly reduces operational risks caused by excessive mud temperature.
The structure of the offshore mud cooling system is a combination of plate heat exchanger and clean water tank.
Technical advantages of the Offshore Mud Cooling System:
1. The structure adopts a plate heat exchanger, which has high heat transfer efficiency and a small footprint.
2. Wide range of heat transfer temperature difference, capable of two-stage heat transfer.
3. Special materials with strong resistance to corrosion from sea salt are selected.
4. It has the advantages of compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, low operating costs, and easy installation and maintenance.
5. Intelligent control is used to real-time collect data such as temperature, flow rate, and pressure.
