Introduction
The TRLW series decanter centrifuge is a horizontally configured centrifuge that enables continuous feeding and discharging operations. The settling velocity within this centrifuge is influenced by multiple factors, including the particle size and shape, the density differential between the solid and liquid phases, and the viscosity of the fluid medium. Based on varying rotational speeds, it can be categorized into medium - speed, high - speed, and high - speed variable - frequency drive (VFD) centrifuges.
This centrifuge is primarily applied in the recycling of barite, the elimination of fine solid particles sized between 2 - 7μm, and the regulation of the density and viscosity of drilling fluids. By performing these functions, it effectively maintains the performance of the drilling fluid.
