TR-FLC2000 PMD TR Shaker Screens​

Hookstrip flat screens are the most prevalent series in current use. They are fully compatible with all shale shakers that make use of hookstrip flat screens. The screen panel is composed of two or three layers of stainless steel bonded to a steel support plank. In the event of rips or tears, accessory rubber plugs can be inserted, which significantly cuts down on both repair time and production costs.
We provide hookstrip flat screens with mesh sizes spanning from 20 to 325. At TR Solids Control, we adopt advanced international techniques and mechanized production methods. ​Main Features of Hook Strip Flat Frame Screens​

Stratified Design for Precise Screening:Screens with different densities are arranged in layers. When combined with the appropriate backing - plate aperture, they achieve maximum effective screening area while maintaining sufficient strength.​

Bottom - Layer Reinforcement for Extended Lifespan:The bottom - layer screen, with low mesh counts and thick wires, is firmly bonded to the backing, enhancing the overall strength and extending the service life.​

Independent Units for Easy Maintenance:The screen, divided into independent small units by the backing - plate grids, can prevent tears from spreading. With accessory rubber stoppers for quick damage repair, downtime is reduced, lowering costs.​
