Tunnel Boring System-Efficient slurry treatment solutions
The urban shield mud recovery system developed by TR Solid Holdings is an integrated mud treatment equipment designed for tunnel boring machine (TBM) projects. The system integrates core equipment such as vibrating screens, desanders, desilders, centrifuges, and mud agitators to achieve efficient recovery and recycling of shield slurry, effectively control slurry performance parameters, and significantly reduce construction costs and environmental impact.
Functional features:
✔ Five-stage fine processing - equipped with high-frequency vibrating screen, cyclone desander, siltizer, and medium and high-speed centrifuge to achieve effective separation of particles above 0.5μm
✔ Efficient slurry recovery - with a recovery rate of over 92%, significantly reducing the amount of fresh slurry used and waste slurry
✔ Intelligent monitoring system - PLC+touch screen centralized control, real-time monitoring of slurry density, viscosity, sand content and other key parameters
✔ Modular and compact design - The equipment layout is compact, adapting to the space constraints of underground construction, and supporting rapid disassembly and transportation
